The clouds do indeed make the shot. It’s an interesting building … I wonder if it was at all controversial? It seems to stand right next to some sort of more historic building. I checked out the link to the library too … now THAT is cool!
It is an interesting building that is controversial in design. It beats the hell out of the old library building though. I will post an image of both soon, so you can see the contrast in styles.
