Flags – International Maritime Signals?

In harbour: “The ship isquarantined.”
At sea: “You should stop your vessel instantly.”
With four numerals, latitude. (The first two denote degrees and the rest minutes.)
O (Oscar)
“Man overboard.”[b] (often attached to the man overboard pole on boats).
With a sinister hoist, thesemaphore flag.

I think someone has made a few of those up.. I looked into your flags as well Adrian and I can’t find any reference to the first flag or the middle two in terms of maritime signalling. I was hoping to find the hidden message but..
I had the same problem when I researched the flag meanings, would have been nice to get a secret/funny meaning. Wonder if the owners think there is a message?
