At Thorpeness, Suffolk
Spirit of Ecstasy
I likes the building and the sky – a great shot… 😉
I’m guessing this is a converted water tower? Very nice!
You could be right, hadn’t thought of it that way. If you ever visit the Scallop at Aldeburgh you can see the top of this house along the coast at Thorpeness.
Reblogged this on photos4share.
Interesting. I wonder if it has an elevator – I guess that’s my age talking …
We looked at renting it and it doesn’t, so we didn’t!
Looks like Dorothy, Aunty Em and Uncle Henry are going up in the world. 🙂
….but not in a lift!
¡Bellísima toma! me encanta esta casa, hay vive gente?
Sí, su se alquila a los turistas como un apartamento de vacaciones. Nos fijamos en parar allí, pero era caro. Me gustaría ver la vista desde la habitación de arriba.
Great photos! What an interesting looking place!
Good stuff, Adrian, and especially the top photo – that contrasty sky really helps – otherworldly, very good! And I like the banner at the top of this page too. Adrian
Thanks. After six months I thought a change of banner photo was in order.
